Replacing the cabin air filter on the Mini Cooper is a very simple task that can be done independently. The first step to replace the cabin filter with a new one is to remove the plastic cover located under the glove compartment.

The second step is to remove the protective panel of the filter to extract it. The third and final step is to insert the new filter into the housing, close the cover, and reassemble everything. Note: the cabin air filter should be replaced every six months.
