How to Adjust the Handbrake on a Mini Cooper?

In this tutorial, you will see how to adjust the handbrake on a Mini Cooper, a very simple and quick operation. First, park the vehicle on a perfectly flat surface with the first gear engaged. Then, pull the handbrake lever to its maximum position and detach the base of the corresponding cover. Next, locate the adjustment nut and slightly tighten it using a 13 mm spanner. Once you reach the ideal tension level, reassemble everything. Finally, test the proper functioning of the handbrake in a safe location.
