Mini - Video tutorial
Model: Mini Mini
R56, R55, R57
- Years 2007-2014 In this video, we see how to mount the smartphone holder on a car with an analog odometer. We couldn't find the exact same model of holder, but a very similar one on mokingda.com with the code C162-A004-B, priced at 12.79 euros with free delivery. We need to unscrew the two screws at the base of the odometer with a 20mm Torx screwdriver. The space is tight and the work is not easy. Then we can remove the odometer by disconnecting the plug. We will have to remove the two screws on the right side of the odometer because we need to attach spacers that will support the bracket, then we will secure it with the screws included in the kit. Now we can reassemble the odometer. Now we can mount the cellphone holder on the bracket, lock it with its butterfly screw, and the job is done.
