Replacing the key fob battery in the Mini Cooper

Today's guide will show you how to disassemble and replace the battery in the Mini Cooper key fob. First, take your remote and remove the physical key from inside it; then pry open the rear cover to access the circuit board and battery, as shown in the video. At this point, remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); insert the battery the right way round and reassemble the fob casing!
