To replace the external wing mirror on the Mini Countryman, rotate the mirror to access the screws on the top of the mount. Once these screws are loosened, you can completely free the mirror from its housing and disconnect the connectors at the bottom. After removing the mirror, insert the new one onto the mount and secure it by repositioning the screws. Ensure that it is fixed correctly after installation.
