To replace the external rear-view mirror on the Mini Countryman, rotate it outward to access the mounting screws underneath. Once these two screws are loosened, you can detach the mirror completely from the side of the car by disconnecting the underlying connector.

At this point, connect the new mirror to the connector, position it in its mount, and secure it with the previously removed screws. After installation, adjust the mirror.
