How to Replace the External Rear-View Mirror

Model: Mini Mini R56, R55, R57 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Side mirror

This replacement will cover the part that operates the external rear-view mirrors. After removing part of the door panel, locate the control buttons for the mirror, which are situated directly above the speakers. Use a flat tool to lever it out of its position along with the cables connected to its back. Disconnect the connector and the part will now be completely free. Carry out the replacement with the new part by connecting it to the connector and positioning it in its slot from where you extracted the old one.
