How to Replace the External Wing Mirror on a Mini

Model: Mini Mini R55, R57, R56 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Side mirror

Using a suitable plastic tool, such as a small plastic pry bar, you can remove the rear cover of the mirror by pushing it outward to disengage the clips inside. This way, you will have replaced the outer cover. To completely remove the mirror, you will need to fold it in to access the screws that secure it to the inside of the door. Then, simply disconnect the connector inside and replace the affected parts. Retrace the steps for reassembly.
