How to disassemble the external rearview mirror of the Mini Cooper

If you want to dismantle one of the external rear-view mirrors on your Mini Cooper by yourself, then you must carefully read the following guide and follow the described steps. First of all, make sure that your Mini Cooper is safely parked, then go outside and position yourself in front of the mirror. At this point, turn it with your own hands so as to be able to see one of the two rubber protection caps. Remove it, and then unscrew the screw with a suitable key. Repeat the operation for the other side, and then pull the mirror towards you. Finally, disconnect the electrical cable.
