How to Replace the Rear Brake Disc on a Mitsubishi Outlander

Model: Mitsubishi Outlander MK 1 - Years 2001-2006

Before you can begin, lift the rear side of your Mitsubishi Outlander. Start by unscrewing and removing the bolts that secure the wheel to the hub, then remove the wheel itself. Next, you will need to disassemble and move the brake caliper away by simply unscrewing the securing bolts. This will free the rear brake disc. At this point, you will need to unclip and remove the brake disc from the hub, and you will have successfully completed the disassembly. To install the new brake disc, simply repeat these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
