How to Replace the Fuel Injection Pump on a Mitsubishi Pajero

To replace the fuel injection pump on this vehicle, you can find the main operations summarised in this description, and you can refer to the images in the video. After opening the bonnet, disconnect the battery and remove it, also removing the base of the battery itself, then the coolant hoses and the intake diaphragm. Below it, on the right side of the engine, you will find the pump. Proceed to unscrew the nuts securing the fuel lines to the engine, then unscrew the bolts securing the pump to the engine block. Carry out the necessary pump revision or replacement, then reverse all operations to reassemble everything.
