In order to replace the clutch of the Moto Guzzi Eldorado, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing in the center of the frame, disconnecting all the cables and intake and exhaust pipes. In the area between the flywheel and the transmission, you will be able to locate the clutch, which can be detached from its pressure plate by unscrewing the fixing screws: once the old clutch has been removed from its seat, you can insert the new one, fixing it properly. After installation, you will need to reassemble all the removed parts and check their operation.
