Start the engine for a few minutes to thin the oil, making it easier to drain. As shown in the video, remove the lower drain screw and the upper fill screw to open the holes (remove both to avoid a vacuum, further aiding the flow of the lubricant). Once you have collected the used oil in a container, measure the amount of oil drained to know how much to replace (it should be 140 cc). Clean both screws/caps thoroughly before refitting them. Close the drain hole and add new lubricant through the upper hole.

How to reset the oil light on the Honda SH 125

If the oil light appears on your Honda SH 125 dashboard despite having recently changed the oil, don't worry as you can resolve this minor issue with a simple manual reset procedure. First, turn on the ignition and hold down the "Info A" and "Info B" buttons located at the bottom of the left knob.
