First, put the motorcycle on a stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the plastic fairing located under the engine; then unscrew the oil drain bolt, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video. At this point, replace the oil filter cartridge with a new one, screwing it in by hand and tightening it gently!

How to change the engine oil of Suzuki RM-Z450?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Suzuki RM-Z450 you have to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike; once this has been removed, it will be possible to go and unscrew the oil drain plug located in the part previously covered by the plate. Therefore all the used oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container; when all the oil has run out, the oil filter can be removed and replaced. Then you will have to top up by inserting the new oil from the vent on the crankcase on the left of the bike.
