How to disassemble the door panel of a Nissan Frontier?

To disassemble the door panel of a Nissan Frontier, follow these steps. First, remove all visible screws that secure the panel to the door. These are usually located around the interior handle and under decorative covers. Next, use a plastic tool or a flathead screwdriver coated in plastic to avoid damage, to carefully detach the decorative trim or plastic covers around the interior handle and window buttons. After removing the screws and covers, use a pry tool to carefully detach the perimeter of the door panel from the door itself. The panel is secured with plastic clips that can be delicate, so apply even pressure along the edge of the panel to avoid damaging the clips. Once the panel is detached, carefully lift the panel upwards to unhook the top part from the door. Now you will have access to the electrical connectors of the window buttons and lock. Carefully disconnect the electrical connectors to fully release the panel from the door. Repeat these steps on the other doors if necessary. Make sure to keep all screws and removed components in a safe place for reassembly.
