First, you need to press the appropriate button and remove the emergency key. After extracting the key, you need to use the screwdriver to pry at the bottom of the key in order to lift the cover. Once the cover is lifted, you need to gently pry on the side of the key to completely remove the cover and access the battery. At this point, you need to remove the battery using the screwdriver and then replace it. To close the key, simply press it with your hands and then reposition the emergency key in its slot.
