How to Change the Remote Battery for a 2010 Nissan Qashqai

In today’s article, we will see how to change the battery in the key for a 2010 Nissan Qashqai. For this operation, you will need a small cross screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver. First, remove the cross screw located on the side of the key where the Nissan logo is; once the screw is removed, use the flathead screwdriver to pry along the edges of the key to separate the two parts and gain access to the battery. Then, using the flathead screwdriver, lever the battery out to remove it. Once removed, insert the new battery, then close the key by pressing it together with your hands, and finally, reinsert the fixing screw. The procedure is now complete.
