Replace Remote Key Battery on Nissan Qashqai

Changing the battery in a Qashqai key? Remove the key casing to replace the battery. Take your remote key and extract the metal key inside, then use a screwdriver to pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover. Remove the worn battery, take a new one of the same size and voltage, and insert it inside. Refit the cover on your remote by pressing the two halves together until you hear a click. Insert the metal key back into the cover. Check the proper functioning of the remote key with the respective buttons.
