How to change the battery of a Nissan Qashqai remote control.

What we need to perform this operation is a new CR2032 battery: hold the remote control with the back facing us; on the lower part of the back, we will find an unlock button, which we will press with our thumb. While holding it down, we remove the emergency metal key. Now, let's look at the bottom side of the remote control (where the key was) and we will see two small notches or slots, one on each side. Insert the flat screwdriver tip into one of these notches, pushing it in deeply. With a decisive movement, we rotate the screwdriver, thus opening the casing. In the lower half of the remote control, we will see the circular battery; let's remove it and place the new one in its place, orienting it the same way. Press the two halves of the remote control together so that they can snap into place, and finally, insert the emergency key.
