How to Change the Spark Plugs on a Nissan Note
Model: Nissan Note
E11, MK 1
- Years 2004-2013
Video tutorial
Detailed instructions - On a Nissan Note, the difficulty varies significantly depending on the engine. On the 1.6 petrol engine shown in the video (HR16DE), the intake manifold covers the spark plugs. It needs to be removed, and the procedure is quite lengthy: disconnect hoses and connectors, unscrew the bolts of the manifold and the throttle body, and only then can you access the coils and spark plugs. This job may take a couple of hours for a beginner. On the 1.2 petrol engine (HR12DE), however, access is much quicker. You simply need to remove the air hose, pull out the coils, and the spark plugs are right there without having to remove the manifold. In that case, there are 3 cylinders, not 4. Before removing the spark plugs, blow away any dirt from the wells with compressed air (or at least brush them), to prevent debris from falling into the cylinder. And when refitting, do not use regular grease on the threads; use a specific high-temperature spark plug grease like the one available on eBay with code 136674601012 for £14.90.

How to reset the electronic handbrake of the Renault Scenic?
To reset the electronic handbrake on the Renault Scenic, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into its slot. Once the panel is on, remove the protective panel of the dashboard located at the bottom left of the steering column. This will allow you to extract the handbrake button and disconnect the connector from the entire device. The lever on the button must be pulled down and then lifted again to restore the handbrake. by ScegliAuto More videos
