You can replace the radio in a Nissan Almera by prying off the panel around the central dashboard controls with a tool. Once this panel is removed, disconnect the controls related to the center console and locate the screws that secure the radio to its housing.

By loosening these screws, you can pull the device out of its slot and then connect the new unit. The new radio can now be secured with the screws and covered with the panel you removed earlier.
