How to Remove the Gear Knob on the Micra K12

Let's look at removing the knob and the gaiter covering the stick. Take the knob in your hands and rotate it left and right until you can remove it from the gear stick. Use a plastic lever to detach the frame of the leather gaiter: disconnect the plastic connected to the centre console. Fit the new knob onto the stick in the centre console until it is tightened fully. Secure the gaiter covering over the centre console. Ensure the correct assembly of the gaiter and gear knob pieces. Use matching parts for easy installation.
