How to Install an Alarm on a Nissan Qashqai?

To install an alarm on the Nissan Qashqai, remove the plastic panel located under the steering column to access the OBD port. This must be removed from its housing using a screwdriver to access the internal cables. Cut the cables to install a connector as shown in the video at the midpoint of the cables: this way, a false OBD port will be visible under the vehicle, preventing connection to the ECU to steal the car.
