How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on a Nissan Rogue

If you want to independently replace the cabin air filter or pollen filter, follow the instructions below while using the video for assistance. First, access the driver's seat and locate a plastic panel just below the dashboard on the right side of the pedal area. Pull this panel towards you to detach and remove it. Just below this panel is the filter housing. To access it, detach the cover by pulling it towards you. At this point, you can remove the filter and replace it with a new one that meets the specifications compatible with your vehicle type. Then, reattach the cover of the housing and reposition the plastic panel under the dashboard.
