In this video tutorial we can see how you can clean clogged wiper sprayers in your Nissan Qashqai. The first thing to do is lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate rod; we take a flat tip screwdriver and pry to remove the plastic squirt that we see near the wiper arm; once the plastic spray has been removed we must disconnect it from the connected tube, without dropping it. Removed from the tube we have to put some insulating tape around the tube, to be sure it doesn't fall down. We must not use needles or other tips inside the spray bottle because we can ruin it. If we look behind the sprayer we find a screw that is used to adjust the spray by raising and lowering the jet. Also remove the other spray bottle that we find near the other windscreen wiper. We tape the tube to keep it from falling out. We take the sprayers and use a descaler to clean them, or we can use alcohol vinegar. Then we put the two sprayers inside a plastic container, add the product and leave it overnight in the liquid; remove in the morning and refit the sprayer on the vehicle.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
