How to Replace the Right CV Axle on a Nissan Altima

Model: Nissan Altima L34 - Years 2018-2026

In this video, we show you how to replace the right CV axle on a Nissan Altima. The procedure is the same for earlier models of the same car. To start, lift the car on a jack or jack stands and remove the right wheel. Next, using two 21 mm wrenches, remove the bracket as shown in the video. Once you loosen the joint at the center of the hub, begin tapping with the handle of a hammer to detach it from the axle. Once detached, pull it towards you to access the axle lock and begin disassembling it. From this point on, carefully follow the operations shown in the video.
