First, raise the vehicle and spray some penetrating fluid on the nuts of the exhaust manifold; then, undo them to remove the manifold from the mounting brackets, as shown in the video.

Next, disconnect the exhaust from the engine using a socket spanner with an extension; remove both the catalyst along with the manifold and the tailpipe, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
