In order to replace the ventilation nozzles of the Opel Corsa, you need to insert an object that acts as a lever so that it is possible to completely detach the nozzle from its housing: the object must be inserted between the slots of the nozzle itself, so that the internal hooks that fix it can be loosened.

Once this has been removed, it will be possible to insert the new one into its seat: using the hooks, it will be possible to fix it in order to ensure that the air can exit correctly from the nozzle.
