The opening and closing of the front hood of the Opel Corsa model C produced from 2000 to 2006 is a simple and quick operation to be carried out independently. To open the front hood, we must first open the driver's side door and lift the lever next to the accelerator pedal. Once the lever is lifted, the hood will disengage from the latch and once the hand is inserted into the slot, it will be possible to open and lock the hood with the locking rod in order to carry out maintenance work. To close the front hood, simply remove the locking rod and let the hood fall on itself.
