Procedure for Bleeding Diesel Filter

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra F - Years 1991-1998
Part: Diesel fuel filter

Sometimes it may be sufficient to bleed the diesel filter rather than replace it: this procedure is suitable when water is present in the fuel due to condensation forming in the distributor tanks. The diesel filter is located at the rear of the engine, mounted to the vehicle's chassis: to bleed it, simply loosen the bleed screw (located at the rear left corner) and then open the lower drain plug, placing a container to collect the bleed liquid (this will certainly be a mixture of water and diesel that must be disposed of properly).
At the end of the operation, tighten the drain plug and the bleed screw.

How to Replace the Damaged Number Plate Bulb on Fiat 600

In this video, learn how to replace the damaged number plate bulb on a Fiat 600. Use a screwdriver or plastic lever to remove the number plate light unit located in the rear bumper of the car. Once the light unit is removed, extract the lamp holder with your hands, then disconnect the bulb from it. Fit the new bulb/LED (same size and voltage) into the lamp holder, then reassemble the light unit into the bodywork of the tailgate, pressing it until the clips lock automatically. Finally, test the correct operation of the previously installed bulb.
