Guide to Dismantling the Engine Cylinder Head, Auxiliary Belt, Alternator

Dismantling the cylinder head requires the removal of several components; let’s look at the details.
Start by removing the pipe shown in the figure, then proceed to dismantle the duct that supplies air to the engine at the indicated points, extract the air filter box, remove the bolts shown in the video, and disconnect the cables.
At this point, remove the exhaust cover and dismantle it after unscrewing the relevant bolts, disconnect the connector, and then remove the protection with the cables.
Returning to the engine cover, slide the part with the label to the right, unscrew the underlying bolts, remove the cover, unscrew the remaining bolts, and take off the entire upper part.
Now unscrew the bolts visible in the video to remove the bracket, follow the instructions to loosen the various pulley bolts, remove the belt, and extract the various pulleys, then unscrew the alternator bolts and remove it.
Now turn the cams to align them with the head, follow the instructions to remove the chain tensioner, and those for orienting the camshaft, unscrew the bolts, and remove the head.
This guide refers to the 1000 cc 3-cylinder engine.
