Replacement of Engine Air Filter

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

Once the front bonnet is opened, the engine air filter housing is located at the front left of the engine bay (when viewed from the front): unscrew the fixing screws of the cover (the screws remain attached to the cover to facilitate tightening later) and loosen the clamp of the hose connecting the cover to the intake duct. At this point, lift the cover and remove the old filter. Clean the housing of any debris present, fit the new filter, and reattach the cover and the hose clamp.
