Replacement of Front Brake Discs and Pads

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa D - Years 2006-2014

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands and remove the wheel (loosen the bolts before lifting).
Lock the rotation of the disc by inserting a screwdriver into one of the ventilation holes and loosen the fixing bolt of the disc; using the screwdriver, lever between the cylinder and the pads to retract it, facilitating the installation of the new pads. Then, unscrew the fixing bolts of the brake caliper and subsequently remove the corresponding bracket. Remove the old disc and install the new one, tightening the respective fixing bolts to the hub. Refit the brake caliper bracket, insert the springs and new pads, and finally reposition the caliper.
