To avoid damaging the structure, place masking tape all around the glass. Using a plastic lever (not metal, as it will scratch everything!), tilt the mirror glass to extract it from the housing.

While pulling it out of the structure, disconnect the connections. Take the new glass and attach the connections in the same positions as the previous one. Insert the new glass, gently pushing each part into the main housing, ensuring the plastic clips engage.

Remove the masking tape and clean the glass. Easier than that!
