It is recommended to perform this maintenance with the engine cold to avoid unpleasant burns. Once the bonnet is open, remove the plastic strip in the centre of the cover, which has the "ECOTEC" label, by sliding it backwards (unscrew the oil filler cap to facilitate the operation).
At this point, you can access the plastic structure where the spark plug tubes are integrated, which is secured with two Allen bolts: simply unscrew the two fixing screws to extract the tubes by pulling them upwards.
