In this short and simple guide, we will go through the steps to remove and replace the cabin heater radiator on an Opel Vectra. First, get into the vehicle on the front passenger side and start by removing the plastic cover at the bottom, allowing access to the heater radiator.

Next, disconnect the radiator hoses by unscrewing the metal clamp screws, draining the coolant into a container. At this point, remove the radiator matrix and replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure!
