After changing the oil on this model from the German manufacturer, you need to reset the service light that has illuminated on the instrument panel. The information needed to perform this reset can be found in the description below, and you can also watch the video. After sitting in the driver's seat and turning on the ignition, notice the service light with the spanner symbol flashing. Press and hold the Check button located on the instrument panel at the bottom, then turn on the ignition. This will start a countdown, and after 10 seconds, while continuing to hold the button, the service indication will turn off.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
