Model: Vauxhall Insigna MK 1, Insigna A - Years 2008-2017
Part: Fuse box

In case the trunk lock of our Opel Insigna suddenly stops working, we can first check the condition of the respective fuses whose positions are indicated in this video. As shown, the first fuse is located in the box inside the cabin, in the lower area of the dashboard, and is labeled with the code F16. The remaining four fuses are instead located in the box positioned in the left wall of the trunk and are labeled with the codes F1, F10, F15, and F18. In case of a faulty fuse, make sure to use a replacement with the same specifications.

How to remove the fuel pump from the tank on an Opel Astra? First, disconnect the battery cables. Next, remove the rear seat cushions from the car. Use a socket spanner to unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap (located on the metal panel), then remove it from its seat. Use absorbent paper around the perimeter to soak up any liquid leaks. Unscrew the large securing bolt of the fuel pump (if present on the model), disconnect the power connectors and the liquid circulation pipes. Extract the floating fuel pump from its seat along with any attached parts. Finally, refit a new piece.
