Why does the speedometer of the Opel Corsa no longer work?

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa D - Years 2006-2014
Part: Instrument cluster

If the instrument panel of our Opel Corsa has suddenly stopped working, we can first of all check the condition of the respective fuse, the position of which is indicated in this video. As shown, the fuse in question is located in the box inside the cabin, precisely below the dashboard on the driver's side. It is labeled with the code F2 and is the second one in the left column. If it is faulty, make sure to use a replacement with the same specifications. Alternatively, it could be a genuine malfunction of the instrument panel, which will need to be replaced.
