To reset the service light on an Opel Vivaro, turn on the instrument cluster by turning the key in the ignition switch: once this is powered on, you can navigate through it by repeatedly pressing the button at the end of the right-hand steering column stalk.

When you find the service interval, showing the miles until the next service, press the button again for a few seconds until the light resets: additionally, the maintenance interval will be restored, and you can then turn off the instrument cluster.
