Here are the instructions to disassemble and replace the fuel pump of the Opel Zafira, following these simple steps. First, you need to remove the fuel tank from the vehicle by unscrewing all the fixing screws of the brackets.

Once removed from the chassis, disconnect the fuel line and the electrical connector of the fuel pump, as shown in the video. Now, unscrew the pump collar to remove it from the tank, replacing the float pump with a new original one; finally, reassemble everything!
