This guide provides the main instructions on how to remove and replace the fuel pump on an Opel Zafira. To access and remove the fuel pump, it is necessary to remove the petrol tank by lifting the vehicle and unscrewing the fixing screws of the brackets; disconnect the fuel lines from the pump.

At this point, unscrew the fuel pump ring, disconnecting the electrical connector of the level sensor to remove the pump from the tank; replace it with the new original one, finally remounting the fuel tank.
