Our YouTuber adapted those from a Suzuki SX4, as he found them on eBay with the measurements in the description and noticed that the external size matched. He then adapted the internal size using a lathe. If you do not have a lathe, you can take it to a machinist, providing them with an Opel Corsa vent as a sample for the internal hole to make it the same. The problem with the original Opel Corsa vents is that even when bought new, they last very little because they are fragile and do not last long.
