Resetting the oil service light on an Opel Astra is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, make sure you have completed the required scheduled maintenance work. Start by entering the cabin, then turn on the instrument panel. Using the "Menu" button on the left control lever, navigate to the vehicle information tab. Scroll through the various screens until you reach the oil life screen and press the "SET/CLR" button. At this point, confirm the reset and restart the vehicle.
