In order to replace the variator of the Peugeot Satelis 125, you need to loosen the screws that fix the transmission casing, located on the left side of the motorcycle near the rear wheel. Once the screws of the casing are loosened, you can identify the underlying components. The variator can be removed by loosening the central nut that secures it to its seat and then also removing the corresponding belt; now you can insert the new replacement part, repositioning the belt and checking that everything is working properly.
