In this guide, see the instructions to remove and replace the variator and transmission rollers of the Peugeot Jet Force 125 scooter. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and start unscrewing all the fixing screws of the side cover of the transmission to remove it; then unscrew the central nut of the fan to remove it. At this point, remove the clutch bell and the drive belt, then remove the variator; replace the rollers found inside, replacing the entire variator if necessary.

Replacing the dipped beam bulb on a Sym Mio 50i

In this tutorial video, we will see the entire operation necessary to replace the dipped beam bulb on a Sym Mio 50i. Start by removing the screws from the front shield along the edges of the scooter, behind the wheel arch and behind the front logo, then remove it, taking care to disconnect the wiring of the bulbs. Once done, remove the rubber cap protecting the dipped beam bulb and unscrew the retaining screw, then lift the tab holding the bulb in place and finally remove the bulb itself. Finally, install a new dipped beam bulb by following the reverse procedure.
