How to replace the Peugeot Django muffler?

In order to replace the Peugeot Django muffler you need to loosen the screws that secure the muffler support in its front part, immediately under the footrest compartment of the motorcycle. When this has been loosened, it will be necessary to remove the fixing ring that joins the muffler to the remaining part of the exhaust duct, so that the old muffler is completely removed. After removal, it will be possible to insert the new one, which must be joined to the exhaust duct by fixing its fixing ring; finally, the muffler can also be fixed with its support at the rear.

As it is advisable to do whenever you want to carry out a maintenance operation on a motorcycle, we place our Moto Guzzi V7 III on the stand, in a stable and safe way. In this way, we safeguard the operator's safety. Now, we unscrew the bolt incorporated in each mirror and continue to unscrew them to remove them from their seat and replace them with the two new mirrors. Once this is done, we proceed to replace the two brake and clutch levers. We use a screwdriver and the appropriate wrench to unscrew the screw that acts as a brake. In the case of the clutch, we remove the clutch cable itself. Finally, we position the new levers in their seat. For that of the clutch, as well as tighten the screw / pin, we must also mount the cable. And that's it!
