In this tutorial video, see how to disassemble and replace the fuel pump diaphragm on the Peugeot Citystar 125 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start by removing the plastic cover on the footboard to access the fuel pump; then disconnect the fuel hose from the diaphragm and unscrew the three fastening screws using a cross screwdriver.

At this point, remove the diaphragm and replace it with the new one, using the original spare part; all that’s left is to reassemble everything!
