In order to replace the transmission of the Peugeot Speedfight 3 it is necessary to loosen the screws that fix the casing positioned at the rear wheel, on the left side of the latter: when the screws that fix the casing have been loosened, it will be possible to access the components below and loosen the nut that fixes the central pin of both the variator and the clutch. In this way it will also be possible to remove the belt and replace all these components with new spare parts; after replacement, the casing must be fixed again, checking that everything works correctly.

How are the valves of the Malaguti Dune 125 adjusted?

To be able to adjust the valves of the Malaguti Dune 125 it is necessary to first remove the saddle and the tank by loosening the appropriate bolts. Once the two parts have been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components: it will be necessary to open the upper cover of the crankcase inside which the valves are located. These can be checked by inserting a thickness gauge inside them. If the valve is wide, it will have to be tightened and vice versa it will have to be loosened. Once the valves have been checked, it will be possible to close the crankcase again and install all the parts previously removed.
