Follow these steps to remove and replace the variator and its rollers on a Peugeot Speedfight 4 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and begin unscrewing the screws securing the transmission cover. Next, remove the central nut of the fan, then take off the drive belt as shown in the video. At this point, remove the variator and replace the rollers found inside it. Reassemble the transmission by reversing the disassembly process!
